We''re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead Claranet UK''s workplace safety, facilities management and property strategy.

Role-Mission

To-ensure-Claranet-provides-workplaces-and-working-arrangements-that-are-safe,-legally-compliant,-well-maintained-and-responsive-to-business-and-employee-needs,-while-embedding-a-proactive-culture-in-which-leaders-and-employees-understand-and-discharge-their-health-and-safety-responsibilities.

Key-responsibilities-include:

• Developing-and-delivering-Claranet-UK''s-health-&-safety-strategy,-policies,-compliance-framework-and-continuous-improvement-plans.
• Acting-as-the-organisation''s-competent-health-&-safety-adviser,-providing-pragmatic-guidance-to-senior-leaders-and-managers.
• Leading-risk-management-activities,-including-risk-assessments,-incident-investigations,-audits,-compliance-reporting-and-emergency-preparation
• Managing-occupational-health,-wellbeing-and-workplace-safety-programmes-across-office,-home-and-hybrid-working-environments.
• Driving-a-positive-health,-safety-and-wellbeing-culture-through-training,-engagement-and-leadership-coaching.
• Leading-facilities-management-across-the-UK-property-portfolio,-including-maintenance,-security,-workplace-services,-sustainability-initiatives-and-supplier-management.
• Developing-and-delivering-workplace-and-property-strategies-that-support-business-growth,-acquisitions,-office-moves-and-organisational-change.
• Managing-facilities,-property-and-health-&-safety-budgets,-contracts,-statutory-compliance-obligations-and-service-providers.
• Overseeing-workplace-refurbishment,-maintenance-and-improvement-projects,-ensuring-delivery-to-agreed-quality,-cost-and-compliance-standards.
• Producing-clear-management-reporting-on-compliance,-risks,-incidents,-performance-and-improvement-opportunities.
• Leading,-coaching-and-developing-Front-of-House-resources-while-building-strong-relationships-with-stakeholders-across-the-business.

Essential-Qualifications

• NEBOSH-National-General-Certificate-(or-equivalent).
• IWFM-qualification,-MBIFM-membership-or-equivalent-Facilities-Management-experience.
• Full-UK-driving-licence-and-willingness-to-travel-between-UK-sites.

Desirable

• IOSH-Membership.
• NEBOSH-Diploma-or-equivalent-Level-6-qualification.
• Specialist-qualifications-in-areas-such-as-Fire-Safety,-CDM,-Legionella,-Contractor-Management-or-Occupational-Health.
