The successful candidate will ensure maintenance services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements, while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across a multi-site portfolio. Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, budgets and timescales.
