Facilities Manager

Catch 22 are recruiting for a newly created Facilities Manager position on behalf of a growing specialist retail organisation expanding its property portfolio across the North West.

This client-side role will be responsible for overseeing a diverse estate, managing all aspects of Health & Safety, Hard and Soft FM services, and the procurement and management of external contractors. You will play a key role in ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently while driving service standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Health & Safety and compliance across the estate
• Oversee Hard and Soft FM service delivery
• Procure, manage and monitor contractor performance
• Ensure statutory compliance and operational excellence
• Support business growth and property-related projects

Salary: £50,000 + benefits package
