These properties are a mix of commercial office buildings, retail parks and industrial units/ parks. The geographical spread of properties is Hertfordshire, Bucks and central London. Occassional visits to the London Head Office in the West End is also required. You will likely work from home one or two days per week. You will visit sites, audit and manage FM sub-contractor performance, ensure HandS building compliance and manage reactive, refurbishment and improvement projects.
