Facilities Manager

We''re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities services across multiple operational sites - This is a key management position responsible for ensuring buildings, plant, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards while driving compliance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors, you''ll oversee maintenance programmes, manage budgets, ensure statutory compliance, and support the ongoing development of the facilities function. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of facilities operations across several locations. Develop and deliver facilities strategies that support wider business objectives. Monitor performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency. Take ownership of facilities budgets, ensuring effective cost control and value for money. Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring high standards of workmanship and service. Ensure all sites remain fully compliant with relevant legislation, health and safety requirements and statutory inspections. Plan and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes for plant and building services. Respond to equipment failures and work closely with operational teams to minimise downtime.
