Facilities Manager

We are seeking a Facilities Manager for our client based in Welwyn Garden City on a permanent basis. You will be overseeing 2 sites and you will work collaboratively with the Factory Manager and local team teams. Your role will encompass compliance, maintenance, planning, contractor management and asset performance against both locations.Key output deliverables include:Statutory compliance and audit readinessFacilities maintenance performanceContractor Management and SLA PerformanceCapital projects deliveryHealth and safety standardsMulti site facilities governanceBudget managementSustainability and environmental complianceBusiness continuity and site securityIn terms of knowledge you will have a strong background in facilities management in a larger distribution, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environment. You will have managed multi site locations and possess strong understanding of Health and Safety.
