Facilities Manager

Berry Recruitment is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a busy team in the Knaresborough area! Contract - 3 months with possibility to be extended. Pay 24.62 an hour - weekly payMonday to Friday - 8am till 4pmStart Date - As soon as possible Location - Knaresborough - HG5 Day to Day Manage the day-to-day facilities operation across the site, ensuring buildings, grounds and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard. Coordinate planned and reactive facilities maintenance and ensure records are accurate and up to date within our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Manage and coordinate service contracts including cleaning, pest control, waste collection, PPE and other site support services. Oversee site assets including access control systems, two-way radios, gas monitors, respiratory protective equipment (RPE), lockers and security passes. Coordinate statutory inspections and compliance activities, including Legionella management, surface water sampling, weather station inspections and site meter monitoring. Support the effective management of site security and facilities systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, automatic gates, intruder alarms and visitor centre facilities. What we looking for ? Previous experience in Facilities Management or Building Services Management. Experience managing contractors and coordinating maintenance or facilities-related activities.
