Work with the MASS FM Contracts Manager and Authority Site Manager with respect to all planned and preventative Mechanical, Electrical, Grounds and Civil Engineering Maintenance. Provide technical advice to the MASS FM Contracts manager & Authority Site Manager to support the definition of additional contract work. Manage and oversee the technical work of the FM team. Ensure the professional standards of the FM team are upheld, including setting training plans and periodic review with the Authorising Engineer to maintain skills needed to perform Authorised Person (AP) duties.
