The company provides risk management, compliance and facilities management services to a property portfolio consisting predominantly of vacant properties, managing the risks and requirements associated with empty buildings. The business has grown significantly, increasing revenue from approximately £2m to £10m over the past two years, and is now looking for the right person to take ownership of the facilities management requirements across a major contract. The contract will initially cover approximately 700 properties in Phase 1, with the portfolio expected to increase to around 6,000 properties in Phase 2.
