Facilities Professional Location: Leeds City Centre Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum Bonus: Annual company bonus Working Pattern: Office-based Sector: Risk Management / Facilities Management THE ROLE We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Facilities Professional to join a rapidly growing risk management business based in Leeds City Centre. The company provides risk management, compliance and facilities management services to a property portfolio consisting predominantly of vacant properties, managing the risks and requirements associated with empty buildings. The business has grown significantly, increasing revenue from approximately £2m to £10m over the past two years, and is now looking for the right person to take ownership of the facilities management requirements across a major contract. The contract will initially cover approximately 700 properties in Phase 1, with the portfolio expected to increase to around 6,000 properties in Phase 2. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at an important stage of its growth. A team will be built around the successful candidate as the contract expands, creating genuine opportunities for career progression, increased responsibility and team management. You will oversee the coordination and delivery of hard FM and compliance works, working closely with subcontractors, clients and internal teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
