This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with experience within Facilities Management, construction, building maintenance or a similar environment to take ownership of estimating a varied range of works across commercial supermarket sites. The projects are diverse and can include petrol forecourt rebuilds, commercial roofing projects and general building and maintenance works, meaning no two projects will necessarily be the same. The role is predominantly office based, with much of the work completed through desktop estimating. There will, however, be occasional travel to customer sites to carry out surveys and understand project requirements. Travel will form a relatively small part of the position and could cover locations from Bristol through South Wales and West Wales, and occasionally into Cornwall.
