You will lead the delivery of a trusted, governed and sustainable data capability, improving reporting, KPI management and decision-making across FM operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme. Establish data governance, ownership, quality standards and KPI frameworks. Define and implement a central FM data model and reporting architecture. Rationalise existing reporting and develop Power BI dashboards and performance reporting.
