You will lead the delivery of a trusted, governed and sustainable data capability, improving reporting, KPI management and decision-making across FM operations. Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end FM Data and Reporting Transformation Programme.Establish data governance, ownership, quality standards and KPI frameworks.Define and implement a central FM data model and reporting architecture.Rationalise existing reporting and develop Power BI dashboards and performance reporting.Manage stakeholders across FM, technical teams and service providers.Oversee testing, implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.
