Your new role We''re looking for a Workplace Facilities Coordinator who will act as the customer-facing representative for our Contract, ensuring seamless facilities management support and delivering an exceptional workplace experience for building occupants. What you''ll need to succeed Proven experience within a customer service, facilities management or workplace support environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and groups. Experience using CAFM and Maximo systems, including logging jobs, raising purchase orders and running reports.
