Interim Facilities Management Contract ManagerLocation: Somerset (Hybrid)Duration: 6-months ongoingDay Rate: 420- 525 per day DOE Spencer Clarke Group are working with a local authority in Somerset to recruit an Interim Facilities Management Contract Manager to support the mobilisation and in-life management of a newly procured NEC4 Facilities Management Contract. This critical role sits within the Hard FM Procurement project team and reports directly to the Head of Corporate Landlord. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the mobilisation of the NEC4 FMC with the newly appointed supplierDevelop and implement internal processes, templates, and governance for the effective management of the contractAct as subject matter expert on NEC4 FMC administration, including early warnings, compensation events, programme management, and performance reportingAdvise on and support best practice approaches in contract delivery and complianceProvide guidance and internal training to build capability across the teamEnsure the Council fulfils its responsibilities confidently under the Service Manager function (desirable) Essential RequirementsNEC4 ECC Project Manager AccreditationIn-depth knowledge of NEC4 contracts, particularly FMC or similar Term Service ContractsStrong, demonstrable experience in the mobilisation, implementation, and in-life management of NEC-based term contractsPractical understanding of contract risk management and performance metricsAbility to provide expert advice and ..... full job details .....
