This is mainly a facilities maintenance role with a strong electrical bias, covering planned maintenance, compliance checks, reactive repairs and general site infrastructure. It would suit someone with experience across building services, electrical maintenance, large operational sites and wider facilities work. The focus is on keeping the site safe, compliant and operational across areas such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, BMS, dock levellers, roller shutter doors, generators, heating, ventilation and general building services. The Role As Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will support the day-to-day running of the site, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across building services, site equipment, compliance systems and general infrastructure.
