We''re seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Lancaster. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and keeping things running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
* Perform plumbing, electrical, joinery, building and grounds maintenance
* Conduct routine inspections and safety checks
* Support facility upgrades, refurbishments, and installations
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management

What We''re Looking For:
* Proven experience of delivering building and facilities maintenance
* Any relevant qualifications e.g. electrical
* Strong knowledge health and safety legislations
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Full UK driving licence (to travel between sites if needed)
