Facilities Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerNewport £30,000 - £37,000 per annum 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday PermanentIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a professional Facilities Management team supporting one of the UK''s largest retail clients across a nationwide estate.This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Technician, or Facilities Maintenance Engineer with experience across multiple building fabric disciplines.Working in a hands-on role, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and inspections across commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and health and safety standards.Key DutiesCarry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance, repairs and remedial works.Complete general building maintenance tasks across a range of commercial sites.Assess repair requirements and support the preparation of quotations.Complete accurate job documentation, including photographs, materials used and maintenance reports.Maintain tools, equipment and van stock to ensure efficient service delivery.Follow health and safety procedures, customer site requirements and company policies.Respond professionally to customer requests and build strong working relationships.Ensure all ..... full job details .....
