Provide initial response to all Reactive Maintenance requests during normal working hours and Out of Hours as part of the On-call Out of Hours Rota. A company van will be provided for use to travel to and from the sites as needed (excludes personal use) Quarterly shower head & hose cleaning in accordance with L8 requirements (full training will be provided) Monthly temperature monitoring of Hot & Cold water systems Continuous monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems, fittings and plantrooms Weekly flushing of water outlets in all unoccupied rooms Weekly fire alarm testing on the student accommodation Bi-annual Fire Door inspections (full training will be provided), ensuring necessar...
