Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, lighting maintenance, and general repairs. Respond to maintenance requests within agreed timescales and maintain accurate records of completed works. Complete void property inspections and undertake turnaround works, including painting, minor repairs, lock changes, and clearance tasks. Support building inspections and undertake routine compliance checks, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and other safety systems. Maintain communal areas, refuse facilities, grounds, and outdoor spaces to a high standard. Identify repair requirements, source materials, and ensure tools, equipment, and stock are maintained appropriately. Monitor contractors on-site and report on workmanship and service standards.
