Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Operative to join a well-established company in Corsham. This permanent position requires candidates to have their own transport due to the site location.

• Clean and maintain high standards of cleanliness across offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas, including deep cleaning when required.
• Use MHE equipment (training provided) to empty large containers.
• Assist with minor building repairs and checks, including changing light bulbs and simple maintenance tasks.
• Prepare meeting rooms, set up furniture, and manage hospitality for events.
• Follow health and safety procedures, manage cleaning chemicals, and monitor site security and CCTV.
• Check and replenish consumables, including vending and meeting room supplies.

• No prior experience required.
• Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Own transport due to site location.

• 30 days holiday (increasing to 33 days within the first year).
• Monthly incentives.
• 6.5% pension contribution.
