This role is working as a facilities maintenance engineer/maintenance assistant supporting the wider facilities teamDuties for the Facilities Maintenance Engineer:• Perform general grounds keeping and building maintenance and repair minor defects within the social and outside areas with regular guidance and oversight.• Observe to learn and support minor repairs on systems (i.e. carpentry and other routine building maintenance and repairs) under general supervision.• Complete basic routine repairs on one or two systems (i.e. plumbing, electrical, HVAC).• Support the inspection of equipment and systems for preventive maintenance following plant protocol and move equipment and furniture for cleaning or renovation purposes.• Understand and adhere to ..... full job details .....
