The position involves both planned preventative maintenance and reactive work across building infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and OperationsCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building services systemsMaintain and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systemsDiagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutionsEnsure all work is completed safely, following permit-to-work proceduresRespond to on-site issues including leaks, system faults, and general building repairsIdentify recurring issues and recommend improvements to increase reliabilitySupport minor projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We re Looking ForExperience in a facilities maintenance or building services environment (not production ..... full job details .....
