Facilities Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee and maintain equipment and facilities in a manufacturing environment. DescriptionThe Facilities Maintenance Engineer will:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.Identify and resolve technical issues within the building services and fabric.Implement and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.Collaborate with other departments to minimise downtime and optimise performance.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Manage and liaise with external contractors and service providers as required.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities management team.ProfileA successful Facilities Maintenance Engineer should have:A strong background in facilities maintenance (ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector).Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or a related field.Hands-on experience ..... full job details .....
