Summary Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of building services, plant equipment, and facilities infrastructure across the site. The successful candidate will support both planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all heating plant and associated equipment are operated, monitored, maintained, and adjusted as required. Provide electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair. Ensure all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) faults are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
