Actively seek ways to improve overall efficiency of service helpdesk functions. To take a proactive and professional approach when liaising with all company office based and engineering employees, Management and any third-party sub-contractors. Aiming to ensure that all KPI/SLA with all contracts are met and kept to a high standard. Primary Job Functions Logging reactive breakdowns onto system. Assigning/despatching PPM, reactive breakdowns and quoted works to engineers. Raising purchase orders for engineering employees and third-party sub-contractors. Ordering and chasing materials required for assigned works, and update system Chasing quotes from wholesalers and third-party sub-contractors and update system. Ensuring PPM/reactive works are meeting SLA/KPI deadlines and First-Fix expect... Permanent
