Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator

Our client, a national Facilities Management organisation, are currently on the search for a Facilities Administrator to join the dynamic onsite team at one of their key accounts in Central London. The suitable candidate will handle incoming calls and queries ensuring that 5 service is delivered at all times. Key responsibilities: Logging and creating new jobs on the CAFM SystemAssigning the appropriate engineer or team memberCommunicating with the client and keeping them updatedInvoice Management Producing reportsCommunicating with StakeholdersDelivering 5 service at all tmes The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years within a Facilities Administration position/ Facilities Helpdesk team. Due to the nature of the position, you will have strong communication skills and be able to priortise your work.
