This is a hands-on role combining facilities coordination, statutory compliance, contractor management and environmental data support. You will work with site teams, suppliers and key stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain records and support carbon accounting requirements. Main responsibilities will include: • Maintain safe, compliant and effective facilities operations at the Sheffield office site and support other sites when required. • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, maintenance schedules and facilities-related issues and manage preventative actions. • Maintain compliance records and manage statutory requirements including fire, security, waste, asbestos, COSHH, legionella and equipment regulations. • Act as a first point of contact for facilities incidents, alarms, security alerts and first aid calls, including out of hours incidents. • Collect and maintain monthly utility, waste, travel and emissions data. •...
