Facilities Team LeaderLocation: Wirral Salary: 32,000- 35,000 + On-Call Allowance Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pmHRGO Recruitment is recruiting for a Facilities Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of facilities operations across multiple sites on the Wirral. This is a practical, varied role focused on coordinating site services, supervising a small team, and ensuring sites are kept safe, organised, and running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee general site upkeep including basic repairs, painting, plumbing issues, and contractor coordinationSupervise the on-site Facilities team and allocate daily tasksManage facilities requests and prioritise workloads across sitesAct as the main point of contact for contractors and external service providersCarry out routine site checks and ensure issues are resolved promptlySupport the smooth running of buildings, site services, and general operationsEnsure Health and Safety procedures are followed at all timesParticipate in an on-call rota as requiredRequirementsPrevious experience within facilities, site services, caretaking, or building operationsAbility to organise workloads and work to deadlinesGood communication and team leadership skillsPractical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving abilityAwareness of Health and Safety proceduresFor more information or to apply, contact Nicola at HRGO Recruitment on (phone number removed) or email (url removed). ..... full job details .....
