      <description>Location: St Athan | Salary: &amp;pound;37000 - &amp;pound;42000/annum | Type: Permanent | Facilities Engineer  £37k - £42k DOE + overtime  St Athan, South Wales  39 hours - Mon-Thurs 06:15 to 15:15, Fri 06:15 to 11:15    Facilities Engineer Role Purpose    The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance of all facilities and building fabric (i.e. welfare areas, HVAC, electrical distribution &amp; various plant rooms etc.) across the estate working within a multi-disciplined maintenance team led by Maintenance Management Team. The individual should be highly motivated, ensuring the client receives the best service, whilst having a common-sense approach to commercial aspects of the contract.    You will also be responsible for supporting improving, implementing and maintaining existing and new technical processes and procedures and will lead Health and Safety standards in line with site requirements and HSQE support functions.
