The role combines project support, asset management, maintenance planning, and CAD design activities to support site operations and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of facilities, construction, and refurbishment projects.Assist in developing project briefs, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.Review asset information, OandM manuals, and technical documentation to develop planned maintenance schedules.Maintain asset records and maintenance data within the CMMS (IBM TRIRIGA).Produce and update 2D and 3D CAD drawings to support facilities and project activities.Support project costing, BOEs (Basis of Estimates), and proposal development.Ensure facilities assets and activities comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.Liaise with internal stakeholders, co...</description>
