Facilities Engineer

Sutton Coldfield | -40,000 - -45,000 Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Sutton Coldfield. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys a varied position, ensuring site facilities, infrastructure, safety systems, and compliance standards are maintained to the highest level.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain site facilities and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance activities.
  • Support fire safety, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain site security systems and asset protection measures.
  • Drive facility improvement and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are kept up to date.


About You

  • Experience in Facilities, Maintenance, or Plant Engineering.
  • Background within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, fire safety, and site compliance.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
