Facilities Coordinator
Wise May are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join a busy Insurance Company based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative Facilities team of six, working closely with stakeholders across the business in a modern, corporate office environment. This is a full time, permanent role. This role is fully office based and the hours are 09:00 - 17:00.Facilities Coordinator duties and responsibilities:Provide day-to-day facilities support across the London officeManage facilities requests, ensuring timely resolutionCoordinate contractors, maintenance visits, and liaise with external providersOversee office supplies, deliveries, post, and meeting room setupSupport office moves, facilities projects, and preventative maintenance schedulesProvide Front of House cover, maintaining professional reception standardsSupport Health and Safety tasksFacilities Coordinator key skills and experience required:Previous experience within a Facilities roleStrong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable managing a varied workload in a busy office environmentConfident working independently and as part of a teamGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProactive, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressureCompany benefits:25 days of annual leaveEnhanced parental leavePension contributionPrivate Health InsuranceEmployee Assistance programmeSports and social ..... full job details .....
