The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating administrative processes and managing Operatives'' and Surveyors'' diaries to ensure works are scheduled, monitored and completed efficiently, in line with agreed KPIs and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of coordinating Operatives'' diaries to ensure works are scheduled and completed efficiently within agreed KPIs and SLAs. Liaise with Senior Managers, Surveyors and Operatives to coordinate works and ensure requirements across all areas are met. Arrange customer appointments and maintain regular communication to keep customers informed of progress and any changes.
