Facilities Coordinator - Central LondonWe are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to work within a commercial building in Central London.Start: 14/09/2026Duration: Until the end of 2026Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm40 hours per weekUmbrella PAYE: 25.25 per hour, PAYE: 19.25 per hourMust be paid via Umbrella PAYE - no CIS or Ltd Company paymentsResponsibilities:Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day building operationsCoordinate maintenance requests and reactive worksLiaise with contractors, engineers and service providersAssist with PPM scheduling and monitoringMaintain facilities records, reports and compliance documentationCarry out regular building checks and report any issuesSupport health and safety and compliance requirementsRespond to client and occupier requests and provide excellent customer serviceAssist with general administration and facilities-related tasksEssential Skills:Previous Facilities Coordinator / Facilities Management experienceIOSHGood Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsGood organisational and administrative skillsProfessional and proactive approachTech-People are a leading recruitment business within MandE and Construction.
