The role will be based out of their flagship offices in Salford Quays. This is much more than an administration role, you''ll be the heart of our Facilities Management team, taking ownership of the Facilities Helpdesk and ensuring every maintenance issue is managed from initial instruction through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Facilities Helpdesk, logging and prioritising planned and reactive maintenance requests. Coordinate works, allocate jobs to contractors and proactively chase them through to completion. Raise, issue and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring works are authorised and costs are controlled. Monitor quotations, purchase orders, invoices and completion reports to ensure jobs are closed efficiently.
