This role plays a key part in coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring engineers and subcontractors are effectively scheduled while delivering excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing maintenance requests, allocating resources, monitoring job progress, and ensuring service levels are met.
