This is a fast-paced role working across one large facilities management contract, where you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a wide range of planned and reactive works. You will act as a key point of contact between the client, contractors and internal teams, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently, communicated clearly and completed within the required timescales. The role would suit someone who has previous experience within Facilities Management, scheduling, planning or contract coordination and who is comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
