In this role, you''ll work closely with the Facilities Manager and Facilities Assistant in supporting the daily coordination of facilities operations across the firm.Salary to £35,0009am - 5:30pm working hoursFantastic employee benefitPrivate health and dental careSeason ticket loanOffice based - City / Liverpool StreetFacilities Coordinator Key Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across the organizationManage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely action and resolutionAssist with building maintenance, repairs, and service contractsLiaise with contractors and suppliers to meet agreed standardsSupport office moves, workspace planning, and site improvementsCollaborate with Facilities Manager and Assistant to ensure smooth site operationsMaintain logs, files, and confidential records, including secure document disposalFacilitate retrieval, delivery, and collection of files for teamsFacilities Coordinator Skills and Requirements:3+ years'' experience in a Facilities role within a law firmProficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to physically support with office movesKnowledge of health and safety at work requirements advantageousExperience managing records systems or document management platforms ..... full job details .....
