Working closely with the Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of facilities operations, maintenance activities, health and safety compliance and stakeholder engagement. As Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries from colleagues, customers and suppliers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will support the management of planned and reactive maintenance activities, assist with property inspections and site visits, and help maintain accurate records of compliance checks and facilities-related documentation. The role will involve working alongside internal teams, clients and service providers to ensure facilities services are delivered to a consistently high standard.
