This contract will last for approx 6 months with the possibility for it to be extended.The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, core hours are 9am - 5pm with some flexibility required to meet the demands of the job. The hourly rate of pay is 20.33ph. Your main duties will include:Ensuring office space is managed and organised at all times that will include desk allocations, management of meeting rooms and common areasCoordination of all office maintenance which includes planned and reactive Ensure that facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety standardsManaging relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providersOverseeing security measures and safety protocols to protect employees and assetsManaging budgets related to facility operationsPlanning and coordinating events that take place within the facilities, such as meetings, conference, or social gatheringsEnsuring that facilities comply with relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and safety regulations.Be the main point of contact...
