CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in London. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team and will receive training and support to develop their career in Facilities Management.Role Responsibilities

Dispatch job requests through the Client''s CAFM system in a timely mannerLiaise with engineers and close reactive and PPM work orders within SLARun management and client reports on requestCover all helpdesk dutiesCoordinate all room set ups across the campus. Act as the key point of contact within the facilities department for event managementSupport with the management of contractors and suppliers as requiredSupport Assistant FM with Space Management dutiesProvide administrative tasks to support Facilities Management team such as: Hazard reporting; Prepare CBRE quotations for extra works; Coordinate and schedules meeting and communication plan(s) among team and/or client; Support record management audits ensuring spreadsheets are kept up to date and submitted on timePerson Specification

Education:General Education GCSE, minimum 5 at pass levels required.Skills:Reliable and conscientious worker willing to learn and develop new skills and adapt to new working environments, ideally interested in FM.Strong PC skills, MS OfficeSelf-motivated and resourcefulGood administrative skillsWell organised and good prioritisation and planning skillsAll services are delivered in a confident and efficient mannerService orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking and the willingness to learn more about FM.Good General Knowledge on Excel, Word and EmailsSelf-motivated with good written and verbal communication skillsIT literate with strong experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint softwareAble and flexible handling a wide variety of items dailyAbility to work under pressureAble to communicate with all levels of staff in a polite and efficient mannerStrong proven Customer Service experienceAbility to prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlinesKnowledge:Knowledge and awareness of the Service projects and facilities management industryExperience:Administration and customer services experience with the ability to communicate at all levelsAptitude:Natural flair and skill in organisation and time keepingWhy CBRE
