You''ll be responsible for ensuring the office operates smoothly while delivering a first-class experience for employees, clients, and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate building maintenance, contractors, repairs, and compliance activitiesManage office facilities, access control, workspace moves, and day-to-day operationsTake ownership of meeting rooms and conference facilitiesConfigure, test, and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, screens, cameras, microphones, and AV equipmentSupport hybrid meetings, presentations, and office eventsManage IT equipment, onboarding/offboarding, and asset trackingSupport health and safety processes, workplace inspections, and compliance requirementsEnsure all office spaces remain professional, organised, and client-readyAbout YouExperience in Facilities Coordination or Workplace ManagementStrong AV and meeting room technology experience (essential)Confident supporting Teams Rooms, video conferencing, and presentation systemsGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and workplace ..... full job details .....
