Facilities Coordinator

Purpose: The Facilities Co-Ordinator will report to the HSEF Manager and will be responsible for overseeing building and equipment maintenance within a production/manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to relevant standards, legislation, policies, and protocols, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Perform general site maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of work and on time delivery. Co-Ordinating daily maintenance tasks such as general repairs and inspections to ensure machinery is in good working order. Have a good understanding of Health and Safety/risk assessments, method statements and permits to work Updating maintenance logs for all machinery. Provide maintenance support required for production and emergency callouts Key Holder responsibility including first responder on key holder list. Have some understanding of building infrastructure systems e.g. HVAC, plumbing, security/fire alarm systems. Complete Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMs) in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Review and act on service reports from contractors, addressing defects and repairs as necessary. Accountable for delivery and adherence to the Maintenance Plan and associated priorities including performance requirements in your area remit, escalating any issues as necessary.
