Maintain and update internal spreadsheets. Switchboard Operations: Answer and transfer calls on the switchboard. Provide appropriate contact details to callers. Office Support: Set up conference and meeting rooms for various activities. Manage the movement of post, stationery, and other materials. Issue access passes and monitor service areas to ensure stock availability. Escort non-employees on-site as needed. Maintain cleanliness in all areas, ensuring a clutter-free environment. General Duties: Assist with various tasks as requested by the FM team. To succeed in this role, you should have: A successful track record in a customer-focused environment.
