Facilities Contract Helpdesk AdministratorLocation: Melbourn, Royston SG8 6DNJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: Up to £25,000 Per AnnumHours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, plus on call 1 in 5 person rotationSummary of Position:To provide administrative helpdesk support to JCW Apleona Managed Services lead and supported contracts within the MandE Facilities Management industry.Managed Services is a division of JCW that provides job management solutions for mainly national customers. Managed Services also provides contract support, where it supports other divisions of JCW with the call centre function, data and reporting element. We are the only division of JCW to not have any engineers however, we utilise our supply chain to provide specialist services within the facilities management scope.Specific Requirements/dutiesTo manage inbound customer telephone callsTo manage inbound customer dedicated inboxesTo log, triage and dispatch emergency call outsTo respond to day-to-day customer enquiriesTo raise supplier purchase orders and invoicesTo follow up with supply chain and service team for job attendanceTo keep JCW internal job logging system up to date with reactive updatesTo provide job updates to our clients directly or through customer systemsThe PersonStrong communication skills both written and verbalGood knowledge of Microsoft packagesIt would be desirable to have worked in a facilities helpdesk or MandE environment or call centre ..... full job details .....
