This role will focus on ensuring statutory compliance across planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities, managing remedial works and maintaining accurate records across mechanical and electrical building services. Working closely with the Facilities Contract Manager, engineers, specialist subcontractors and the client, you will help ensure maintenance activities are delivered on time, documentation is up to date and contractual requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Monitor planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure statutory inspections and maintenance are completed within required timescales. Review and check service sheets, certificates and maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance.
