Based in Belfast City Centre, this hospitality business is looking for an experienced individual to join their dynamic team to manage housekeeping operations, take on leadership responsibilities and provide essential support to the senior management team. This is an exciting opportunity best suited to an individual who has housekeeping management experience in a demanding and dynamic environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of daily housekeeping operations across the facilityEnsure operations are in alignment with strict compliance policies and are completed to company standardsLiaise with senior management team and support wider operational dutiesProvide hands on support, supervision and guidance to internal and external teamsPerform well under pressure by prioritising tasks by means of urgency and deliver results within specific timeframesThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience of housekeeping management in similar industriesHousekeeping experience in a hospitality environmentAbility to prioritise, delegate and deliver under pressureAdministrative background, IT literate and confident Microsoft Packages such as ExcelExcellent customer service, verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsWillingness to undertake practical tasks when necessaryOpen to work flexible hours ..... full job details .....
