We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Multiskilled Electrical to support planned and reactive maintenance operations across multiple sites across a site in Camebridge.Role Overview:As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation across a site in Camebridge.Key Responsibilities: Support in the delivery of hard and soft servicesCoordinating vendors and subcontractors on siteWorking with contracted vendors for example, cleaning vendorsConducting audits, assisting with issues, and attending meetingsDelivering exceptional customer service both to internal and external clientsGiving appropriate and timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers in emails, task systems, social posts, and face to faceProviding administrative support to the team dailyConducting office tours for onsite visitors ensuring a positive experienceManaging in office supplies: ensuring repeat orders are placed and approved, stationery areas are always kept tidy and actioning client requirements on stationery needsWorking in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, ..... full job details .....
