You will support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services at the York office. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will help ensure the site is safe, clean, secure, well-stocked, well-presented and comfortable for everyone who uses it. You will act as a key point of contact for colleagues, tenants, visitors and contractors, helping to resolve issues quickly and professionally while escalating matters where needed. The role would suit someone who is organised, approachable, practical and confident working with a range of people. Key responsibilities Carry out regular daily checks to ensure office spaces are clean, safe, secure, well-presented and fully stocked. Provide reception and switchboard support, welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries professionally. Administer meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are tidy, equipped and ready for use....
